Expert-Suggested Goals

Not sure where to start? No problem! Our app now includes expert-suggested goals to help guide you. These goals are designed by health professionals to target key areas of recovery such as sleep, exercise, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. Simply choose a goal that resonates with you and get started.

Goal Review and Completion

Stay motivated and track your progress by reviewing your goals once they are complete. This feature allows you to reflect on your achievements and identify areas for improvement, ensuring you stay on track throughout your recovery.

Guidance and Encouragement

Need a little extra support? Our app provides detailed advice on what to do, why it’s important, and how to achieve each goal. This guidance is crafted by health experts to help you understand the benefits of each goal and provide you with practical steps to achieve them.

We asked one of our health coaches, Charlotte Housden, to share her thoughts on the importance of goal setting in behaviour change. Here’s what she had to say:
